Safety of small children

Yesterday my family was in the park with their toddler. When a sandstorm began, the parents ran off, hid in a restroom building and left their child alone. That makes me sad. Parents should really take their child out of the danger zone first, so pick up the child and then seek shelter! Yes, the child was automatically brought into the house by a babysitter, but it shouldn’t be that way. It would be nice if that were programmed differently. Thank you very much
