I’d like to ask whether a split household system is planned for inZOI.
It would be great to have the ability to:
move individual family members out (for example, when a character moves out),
place them in different houses,
and still be able to play each of them within the same save, switching between households.
At the moment, it seems possible only to move the entire family together or disband it completely, which makes it hard to play realistic life scenarios like growing up and living separately.
I really like this idea. That way you never lose touch with family members you moved away.
Together with waving the 8-zoi limit on family size would be soooo fun !
Ah and you can also switch between the households in the same save by clicking on the blue house symbols on the map.
But just in the same world.
Moving cities was planned for December but we’re still waiting for this.

Many players ask about elementary options, because they have just started to get acquainted with the game. And they get answer from other players who just spent more time in the game, 1000 hours have been played))) The topic with a same idea already published on the forum , I’m just repeating.
Such a wikipedia is also for players like me, who played ~ 1000 hours and still didn’t know you can’t just give any gift to your sweetheart, or that romance between some Zois isn’t possible and you need to do ‘the maths’ and that some things happen/not happen for no reason at all/make no sense at all and you just ‘have to know’ them ö.Ö’
In addition to the advice from @LennyOgg , I clarify, what order of actions is important.
To settle 1 large family into 2 small ones, needs:
at first, choose the option to move Zois between families;
after that, in a new window, select the create a temporary family option, when this item is blue; (because the green item of creating a new family at the beginning will move you to the Character creation Editor, where you will be asked to create a new Zoi);
choose a new temporary family and move it into any apartment
Remark: You can’t move between families а) newborns and toddlers, who can’t walk, and b) the Zoi you’re playing for at this currently moment, switch to another family member
