Build Mode: Grass plots that grow and brown over time (Needs watering and Cutting)

I see we have the option to place down grass squares in build mode. It would be great if the grass grew taller over time so that Zois could cut/mow it. Additionally the grass can turn brown if not watered regularly with the sprinkler object.
