Make it possible to sell more items through a Pmarket

Perhaps this will be useful for someone too. I’d really like to sell more items through PMarket, like furniture, cars, electronics (not only paintings!). Just like in real life, when we sell personal used stuff. I believe this could make the gameplay much more realistic!

At the same time, of course, selling through the building mode should remain as it is.

I would love this! They could add an app to sell and buy second-hand items for a cheaper price. It could help those who are playing rags to riches to both sell old furniture and belongings and buy used stuff for cheaper!
