It’s not available by clicking on the dancefloor. Do I have to unlock it somehow?

There’s a couple dance that you can do with your partner.
If you mean another dance I’ve not seen it yet.

I’ve always done it by clicking on the other Zoi and selecting it under romantic interactions, not clicking on the dance floor. Not sure if you need a minimum romantic relationship before it’s available.
