I think it would be nice to have a cheat to change a Zoi’s biological gender while keeping their masculine/feminine frame intact. It would be useful for nonbinary or transgender Zois who would like to give birth to children. Alternatively, unlocking the getbabywith [ID] cheat to all genders could work.

Cuando creas un Zoi, y por ejemplo lo creas femenino, si luego le das a masculino modifica un poco los rasgos faciales pero se te queda el peinado, maquillaje, vestimenta, etc. Y del modo contrario igual, no sé si eso te puede ayudar

This is not helpful because you cannot change a biological gender in CAZ after it’s been set and saved once. And the facial features issue is problematic as well.
