I logged into my game today after one week and noticed two members of a playable family, Dinda Putri and Bella Sari, were in front of a building hungry and needing to use the restoom:The play button for both of them is not showing up, so I can’t play as them and help:
When I checked the All Families tab, I was shocked to see that a new family had moved into their house:I have never played as this Maulidya family or even seen them before. I’ve previously played as the Kurniawan family before. I have no idea how this happened, but clearly something broke after the recent hotfix. All other families seem to be okay. When I went to play as the Maulidya family, the head of the household can’t even go anywhere in the game, she’s locked out and can change permissions:
I’m unable to fix this problem on my own. I tried to evict the Maulidya, but the Kurniawan family is still being shown as living as the residence so they’re essentially stuck. Help.
