I installed the DLC.
I started the game with “Continue Game,” using my last save.
Two of my families were no longer in their homes, but in the family container. The lots are empty, but the family description has the address where they lived, so it doesn’t allow me to move them to the lot. I solved the problem with one of the families by moving them to a new, empty family, and then I was able to put it back in the lot.
The second family has two babies, and I can’t do this.
I went to the Oakridge Drive lot playing as another Zoi, and this is the situation: the house is gone, my Zois are there, but I can’t take control of them.
It’s very unpleasant.
I have the exact same issue. Except, in my case, this was a new save started on Cahaya. I swapped to another household. A few in game days passed, and I noticed an entirely new family had been moved into the lot. I assumed all had died. However, that was not the case, as the living family is still present on the lot with the “new” family. Like OP, in “All Families” it lists them at that location, but they are not associated with it at map view. Those Zois (the original, true owners) also cannot be played. (1st screenshot shows overlaying family, second shows the correct family in All Families listed at the same location)
I have the same problem. The family is on the family list, but the lot they were living in is marked as empty lot. In the family list, it pops up as if they’re still living on the site. So I can’t play the family.

To help us better understand the issue, could you please share your save files?

If you share the files via a Drive link, please make sure the sharing settings are set to “Anyone with the link can access” so we can review them.

Here’s a public, view-only link. Note this is occurring on two lots in this save. One is Senyap property, can’t remember the other! Also potentially related, My Zoi gave birth to a child that does not show in household list, however if you select her on the lot she can be “played”.

I also tried with a previous save, in the first case to the question “do you want to update the buildings” I said yes. In the second I said no, but the family disappears anyway.
I attach save files. I don’t add Crash files because I don’t have them.
I downloaded a few mods that ‘Inzoi’ offers in the game ‘Lobby’, but all of them are now removed.
Before the bug, two young people died suddenly in a family.
