Steps to Reproduce: This post is partially related to the one that was closed, this one: Family expelled from the lot and stuck in "All Families" - #5 by porcine-argot.7j , One of the families I’d like to move is blocked, but I can’t because they won’t let me move because there are babies.
The same situation applies to another family, who regularly lives in their home. I’d like to move because this one is small and can’t be expanded (City Next Apartments), but they won’t let me because of the children. I’m attaching a screenshot.

Currently, newborns cannot be moved — this is not a bug.
Once they grow a little older, you’ll be able to move them.
But we understand it may cause some inconvenience in your gameplay.
If you have any ideas for improvements regarding this, please feel free to share them in the Wishlist section!
