Please read the guide below before submitting a bug report to ensure your report can be reviewed and resolved efficiently.
Check for an existing report first
Before creating a new post, please search to see if another user has already reported the issue. Adding to an existing thread helps us understand how widespread the issue is, and your additional details might help us resolve it faster.
If the same bug has already been reported, add your experience as a comment including useful details. This helps us identify widespread issues and makes investigations faster.
Comments like “Me too” or “Same here” without additional information are not acceptable.
If the bug has already been reported, your post may be merged into the existing thread.

After you post
Every bug report is reviewed and logged by the inZOI team. Even if you don’t receive an immediate reply, please rest assured that your report is being processed.
Reports may be assigned one of the following statuses:
Status | Description |
---|---|
Need Information | This status is used when we need more details to better understand the issue and work toward a fix. |
Troubleshooting | A workaround has been provied, and we’re currently monitoring to see if it resolves the issue. |
Under Investigation | This issue is being looked into by inZOI Team. |
Fixed | This status is used when the issue has been addressed in a patch. If you experience the same problem again, please open a new report and reference the original thread. |
Known Issue | Listed in the Known Issues and currently being investigated, with a fix planned for a future patch. |
Closed | This status is used when a report is off-topic, or involves issues that will not be addressed for whatever reason. |
