Hi there!
Do you know which Mac you’re using? Not only the operating system but the actual chip, it’s easy to find though. Click on Apple, and open “about my Mac” and it’ll be shown right under the model name.
If you’d want to send a screenshot too, please make sure you leave out your serial number.
