I totally second that.
As it is for now, the romantic interactions are way below what PG 13 allows, it is even too tame for a G Rating.
When my Zois kiss their lips don’t even touch, they wear a towel in the shower and it is blurred, they can’t even hug their friends, oh my and that silly huge heart when they make love…
My fear is, this is because inZOI is sponsored by traditional Korean family lead brands like LG and Hyundai and they might not want to sponsor a game that shows interactions that are totally normal to be seen even by kids in western countries, but they and a huge part of korean society frowns upon.
Korean brands expect their ‘ambassadors’ to be ‘pristine’ and a single misstep can lead to the end of the sponsoring and may even be seen as a breach of contract and lead to penalty payments.
I still recall the first AMA when the developers went beet red and stammered around when getting asked about pregnancy and why Zois have to wear a towel in the shower -.-
I really hope inZOI proves me wrong in this

And more places to do romantic interactions like benches,sofas,hottubs,cars,the ferris wheel,swimming pools and beds. Zois should be able to cuddle and kiss on sofas and benches especially.

I second this. Romance feels a bit bland. When Zois lie down in bed, it’s so … weird. They don’t cuddle, lean on each other. Wish they would go deeper into this.

It really bothered me because majority of life sim players are probably no younger than 17 years old, with most being over 18. So why so much restriction? And it isn’t limited to just interactions and romance, it also affects what we can do for storytelling. So many different complicated dilemmas and situations involving more mature topics could be had without the age restriction. I really hope in the future they remove it.

They’ve made a survey which revealed the average player age is even 31, no need for all these restrictions.
inZOI also isn’t really a game that usually attracts children

The towel issue they explained why it’s that way in their first ama. It’s because when they tried to just use a blur or steam the naked zoi would still reflect in the mirror but they said they would work on figuring out an alternative
