Pregnant Zoi not fulfilling queued actions properly

I can’t troubleshoot this/isolate the issue well, but I have a pregnant zoi who is not fulfilling queued actions properly. She’ll start, then stop and the AI will have her doing something else instead. She’s had two other children and those pregnancies were normal. This third one has been a big issue though, as I’ve had to baby sit her and que up thing several times just to get her needs fulfilled.

Ex.:

She wouldn’t sleep longer than about 1/8th of her sleep bar. She’d get up and play with the other babies or something.

If queued in a line (I usually do toilet, brush teeth, cook food), she’ll drop the “Cook Food” action.

She often won’t finish a meal even if she completes cooking it.

Sometimes she’ll just drop the whole chain and I’ll click back to her and her needs will be terrible despite me telling her to do something.

I finally got her sleep gauge up by queuing “Sleep” like 5 times, but I just sat and watched her go to bed, sleep for a few minutes, get up, change into day clothes, change into night clothes, go back to bed, and rinse and repeat five whole times–except when the AI decided to override my commands with something else. (Usually play with the other babies or try to talk to her spouse.)

I thought it might be a mood thing–I’ve been stuck with an “Unclean Surroundings” moodlet for no apparent reason for a while–but her husband is doing just fine, and there are no other moodlets that I feel would apply.

(Note: This is the 2nd time I’ve run into this. I noticed my family from before the Cahaya update had the same issue after the Cahaya update.)
