Some of the karma interaction actions are missing

  In the process of completing “Cheerful Neighbor” ambition, I noticed that my zoi is missing karma actions that are supposed to be under the “Action” interaction section (for example, giving a surprise gift or a thank you card, both of which are needed for completing one of the ambition goals):

  

  As far as I know, all my zoi needs for these actions to appear are decent karma and a friendly relationship with any other zoi, which is achieved:

  
  

  Have the same results with other zois, and even when I move in with them, nothing changes.
