Cannot select Zois

    • CPU: Intel(R) Core™ 19-14900KF (3.20 GHz)
    • GPU: 24 GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
    • RAM: 64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable, speed 5600 MT/s)
    • Storage: 3.73 TB solid state (311 GB used, 3.4 TB available)
    • Misc: Fans managed, overclocking OFF

  • Issue Date: 8/20/2025

  • Error Message (optional): N/A

  • Details:

    • This error occurred soon after starting my game. I can click on objects and on the ground, but I cannot select Zois; this includes both self-interactions and social interactions. I do not know what triggered the error.

      I have tried: removing mods, restarting the game, and turning off occlusion. None have worked.

I am having this same issue. Even worse, I get no interaction options when I click on the ground, the water or the pool. I don’t have mods, I’ve triple checked that my PC exceeds setting requirements. I’m at my wits end at this point. I’m following your topic to see if you get a response.

Yes, i found this problem too, i was restart game uninstall but there are still issues please help and fix

I think this problem has been fixed in the new version 0.3.1, as Zoi’s options are now working for me.

I have the same problem. I dont have mods. I do have the DLC. The adult in my family just disappears. I cant tap on him, or when I press space i dont go to him. Its like he is not in my family, but he is. I can temporarily fix it by planning a party and inviting him. But just within a minute he is gone again….

I have found why it is happening. When I apply for a job it happens… In the new word.

At first, it seemed to me that yes, but then it turned out that it was just an illusion. The problem remains (it’s so sad…)

Same problem, unless we are getting super close to the zoi it’s impossible to select it. A lot of people have the same issue and I’m pretty confident this will be fixed asap

Same. It was fine when I first installed, but the moment I installed a pool, suddenly everything went haywire and can’t select Zoi’s or go into pool.
