Unable to Interact with NPC Zois or Self Zoi

As of today, I couldn’t interact with self zoi or NPC zoi. Doesn’t seem like it register the zois as interactable object and instead only showing menus as if I am clicking on the ground.

Tried verifying integrity, tried uninstalling the game, tried starting new game, tried all locations, tried adjusting graphic settings. NOTHING works ! Please help, I have a day off today to play new DLC but this stops me from doing so :frowning: any help would be appreciated
