Relationship Cheat, no effect?

Tried using the ‘setRelationshipFull [zoi ID] Romance’ cheat for 2 zoi’s . The cheat was applied, but I can not see any difference? The couple are still cold and uninterested in each other? And nothing extra showing in the ‘Romance’ list?

Are the romance bars maxed in the relationship category/sheet?
