As players advance through career ranks, I’d like to suggest adding unlockable activities that can be performed in daily life. This would make progression more engaging.
Players would be able to perform special activities that others cannot do. As they advance further, more activities unlock, creating a desire to challenge themselves and progress.
The possibilities are endless. Here are some examples:
Teachers could:
- Teach children more in-depth lessons
- Provide study guides highlighting key exam topics
- Produce multiple honor students in their assigned class
Painters could:
- Paint portraits of neighbors’ friends as gifts
- Design album covers for famous singers
- Hold art exhibitions
Singers could:
- Always inspire people through music, making relationship management much easier
- Hold concerts
Police Officers could:
- Develop the ability to recognize criminals attempting crimes on the street in advance, allowing them to lecture or directly arrest them
Journalists could:
- Interview and investigate neighbors to write exclusive stories
Chefs could:
- Create special signature dishes with an expanding variety
- Appear on cooking competition shows on TV
Athletes could:
- Teach sports to others
- Receive interview requests from sports magazines
Politicians could:
- Request donations
- Encourage voting
These are just examples of how special abilities unlock with each promotion. 
Of course, salary increases should come with promotions, but unlocking profession-specific special activities would truly inspire players to challenge themselves and progress.
After all, success is only fun when it comes with unique rewards!
