Building Wishlist Text element And Roof

It would be great to have modular text elements in build mode that allow players to freely customize fonts, typefaces, and colors for better creative freedom, I also hope you can put or overlap any object at the center of the triangular roof for more freedom.

Additionally, I hope we can have the ability to place or overlap objects at the center of triangular roofs. This would give players more freedom in building design.
