Repeated, unwanted, visits to business lot

In a brand new save following the Feb update, my zois keep being triggered to go to a business lot, even when the business isn’t open. When I cancel it, or the visit ends, a new visit will trigger, and they will go back again. It’s making the save unplayable as I have to fight to get them to not go.

They’ll even sit there, alone, business closed and go to the fridge to get soup because they’re hungry.

Since posting this bug, it’s gotten worse.

I cannot get the action to cancel. I click cancel, it instantly comes back. I edit the schedule, it comes straight back.

While this is happening, my zoi is walking directly to the business, fazing through buildings, walking in a straight line towards the destination.

There is nothing that I can do to stop the action.

I’ve tried again, disabling mods and replacing them with base game items. I tried emergency rescue.
