Since the October update I frequently have Zois getting stuck in place and unable to interact with anything, or in some cases even move at all. When I tell them to do something, the action goes into their queue, but they just stand there doing the ‘humming and shrugging their shoulders’ action. I’ve had to use Emergency Rescue half-a-dozen times since the update, whereas I never once needed it before. I’m unsure exactly what triggers the bug, but it seems to happen most often after using the washbasin / faucet objects.

Is there any solution? I can’t even play with my zoi 
he just standing and stuck in the same position, can’t move or anything

The only solution is have cheats enabled and hold Ctrl + T and click where you want the zoi to instantly move

Or you could try the emrgency rescue in psycat’s guide (the first icon of the ones to the bottom right of your screen)

This issue seems to have been fixed for me in one of the recent updates - at least, it hasn’t happened recently. I believe it was related to the bug with computer-related actions, where switching to another Zoi after queueing these actions would cause the first Zoi to get stuck.

@zoiplus62 can you try to disable auto-saving? I noticed that auto-saving on gets my Zois stuck for a few seconds lately. Maybe this helps.
Had this happen in Bliss Bay for the first time yesterday.
Regular new game, one of my toddler turned into a child. So she went to school.
I decided to stay with her and walk there, she decided to take the bus near the 2008 adress.
She entered the bus, bounced back out, and completely locked herself up.
She could not move or anything, even keyboard commands to move didnt do anything.
So I rescued hjer using psycat, she automatically tried running to school again and still had the issue with the Bus
Rescued her AGAIN, but this time disabled autonomy and walked her to school.
Then school ended and she went to the Bus near the school and the same bug happened.
I had to manually control her and have her run back to the house.
Thankfully, The 2008 house is relatively close to school.
Dunno what causes this, but it’s very anoying.

Happened again today…
When following Zois around, they will board the bus then bounce back outside and freeze there.
If you DO NOT follow your Zoi, they will get to their destination no problem (after getting rescued and switching away to another zoi).

I tried to reproduce the bug in my old, fully updated save file in Bliss Bay but wasn’t able to, unfortunately. My child & teenager Zois all went to school and back home via bus fast travel and neither of them got stuck. Neither while actively looking at them, nor when being passive.
If you want to, feel free to share the affected save file here, so I can watch if I spot any other differences between our two files. Maybe this only happens with recently started ones
