A small wish is that when my zois get hungry they first choose to eat any portions of meals already served , IE if there are servings of food on a table they choose those first , Rather than heading for the fridge to get a quick meal or make Ramen

Also… If there is no food served but there are leftovers in the fridge, they should eat the leftovers instead of cooking.

ABSOLUTELY!
The way it is right now is horrendous. It’s the worst part of my gaming experience. I hate it that I have to pause and micromanage my zois when it’s time to eat. It’s the most annoying thing! At times, it’s downright aggravating.
Like, you have a large family and are trying to save money. So you have a parent cook a family meal. That’s costly enough, but then every family member goes and buys premade meals from the fridge and you end up spending 300 mew or more on food in a day!
Why should zois be able to purchase an expensive meal from the fridge without permission? They should only be permitted to take soup if they take food autonomously from the fridge when there are no leftovers in the fridge.
And it only makes sense that they would take something already in the fridge before eating soup.
