omg yes. I ran to the forum to see if anyone else was having this bug. This is happening to me too!!

That’s ridiculous bug.

Same here, need to restart the game to get sounds back.

I found that opening and closing the map brings the sounds back, without having to restart or reload a save.

However this bug needs to be fixed. It’s disrupting the flow of the game.

The voice sounds stops after changing clothes from the wardrove. I used the icon from the UI to try this and it happen. Here is the video showing the bug. I can’t heard the voices anymore.

My friend in the Facebook group told me that I can do this to fix this problem.

This also happens to me—every time I use the wardrobe or change my Zoi’s outfit, the sound disappears. I hope it gets fixed soon.

The voices of NPCs speaking are no longer heard, the only sound I hear in-game is the noise when notifications arrive or when I click an action to perform

It happens to me sometimes too, especially I’ve noticed when I come back from the Closet to pick a new outfit, but after a while the voices come back.

Unfortunately, other users have found various scenarios in which the sound bug occurs. Here are two:
