NPCs’ voices can no longer be heard; the only sound I hear in the game is the noise that plays when notifications arrive or when I click an action to perform

It happens to me sometimes too, especially I’ve noticed when I come back from the Closet to pick a new outfit, but after a while the voices come back.

Unfortunately, other users have found various scenarios in which the sound bug occurs. Here are two:
sound stops after chaning wardrobe → This is pretty much the one @mialuce66 described, right?
When i go in and out of the “CAZ” the sounds of the Zoi’s disappear.
