As far as I know, we now can hire only family members or other zois we know. Would be great if we can hire ANY zoi from the current city. It seems far more realistic to me. At least let us pick from 10-15 random citizens.

Yes, I completely agree. If hiring all zois living in the city is too much to implement, giving us a small, randomized pool of them would be really cool too

We need to develop a labor exchange system. Where the different Zois will be located. It should describe: age, positive and negative character traits, skills. And this is how to recruit staff at the labor exchange. I think that these Zois should not appear automatically for our business, but they should be full-fledged residents of the city (so that we can meet them walking down the street, etc.)
