Please don’t forcibly hire Zois at random job without the player’s control!
A broader and more global request is to make sure that the schedule of player families is not automatically completed with random events.
In each save, I play for several families at once. In the last save, I created 4 families, and I switch between them regularly. I know that Zoi’s autonomous behavior is imperfect, so when I play for 1 family, all Zois in the other 3 families are forcibly sleep.
While I’m playing for one particular family, characters in other rest families may have random events and even new jobs on their schedules.
It’s not convenient when it happens automatically, without the player’s control.
I understand that if we switch to any family, then all other families will formally be considered non-player (such as NPCs).
I suggest adding a script to the algorithm for scheduling non-player families, due to which random events and jobs will not appear in the schedule, if the player played (control) with the family for at least one current day (in-game)
