If you’re going to keep the “Multiplier Bars” for the age sliders, here’s a much better one IMHO (See below):

This is taking inspiration from the “time bar” at the bottom left of the UI that you can drag from 1.0 to 8.0
.
Now imagine it goes from x0.1 all the way to x10.0, and the system only keep a full day (no decimal days, only rounded integers).
That way moving these indicators would automatically give you a solid day number (displayed right) and would be super easy to adjust.
You would see the result immediately, and by draging the duration bar by decimal points you WILL get exactly the length you are looking for. (Well except if you want young adult to last one day only for some reason)
This approach allows you to keep your hard work on the sliders but give us the fine control we crave and seeing the results in real time.
