Hello, I’m facing the same issue since the update on the 28th. I don’t have a lot of mods but I have disabled the mods just in case. Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to be related to mods.
Here are my specs:
Operating System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 26200) (26100.ge_release.240331-1435)
Processor: Intel(R) Core™ Ultra 7 265KF (20 CPUs), ~3.9GHz
Memory: 65536MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
DirectX Database Version: 1.7.9
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
I have included a video as requested, my game is pretty fast in general, but after I press “Complete” in CAZ, it gets stuck in the loading screen for ever (I have given it over 20 mins and it won’t progress). I have tried multiple Zois and families and the behavior is the exact same.

I tested it with my setup and wasn’t able to reproduce the lags at all unfortunately. Please take a look at this settings guide I created: inZOI – Graphics & Performance Guide (What Actually Matters) → Lower the in-game settings listed as causing lags first.
Have you also experienced these lags in Dowon & Bliss Bay but not in Cahaya so far? 
I’m experiencing this issue in this particular save file. I have other saves where everything works as expected even in Dowon. Therefore, I believe that this issue is not related to my specs, settings, or the world that I am in. It is frustrating as I cannot identify the reason for this problem. It used to be one of my favorite saves and it is now unplayable since I cannot edit the look of any of my zois.
Have you tried changing the outfit and selecting “Complete”? It doesn’t have an issue if I just go in CAZ and not change anything. The issue only appears when I do make a change on the zoi.
Are you aware if there any game cache files that I could probably delete to try and fix the issue?

this issue is scheduled to be fixed through a hotfix.
However, after the hotfix, the issue may still occur in the save files that @LolaDorli has shared with us. We are currently investigating the issue.
