Save PRESET FAMILY in CAZ with ALL Skills Progress Outfits

Hi Everyone Kajun & Dev Team

I’ve had to re-start my SAVE files over on more than one ocassion which meant re-skilling every ZOI in the “NEW SAVE”. Not much fun having to resort to cheating up skills on every ZOI in the “NEW SAVE” especially when you have several families. I’ve already done this but it stops my emersion.

As inZOI is in Early Access it would be extremely benefial to Players to have the opportunity to save their families in CAZ as a “PRESET FAMILY” including saving ZOI’s ingame progress achieved and their Outfits too would be an added bonus.

It takes a lot of effort to continuously edit your ZOI for every “NEW SAVE” after a much appreciated Updates.

Let’s hope soon we’ll be able to save ALL of our families along with ALL of their prgress in tact in CAZ so we don’t have repeatedly go through the same progress over and over again.

This is an example of my frustration:

ZOI reaches several milestones and now we’re getting into some real fun gameplay. He meets a girl, he likes the girl and you know rest. I want ZOI to settle down, have a family carrying on improving and progressing. I want him to settle down and start a business etc etc.

I look forward to every new Update and testing them out. It’s been a fun.

This feature would be really useful in case old saves turn out to be incompatible at some point, but I’m also playing with a save from March 2025 and it continues to work with all the new features.

I know this feature is much wished-for and posted about, and there are probably other threads saying the same thing, but adding my vote in here too.

Not so much for myself, as I play “EA” style (Early Access, not the other one!) Which is to say, I run one household only, and restart every major update. For anyone playing multiple families, rotational, and/or legacy-style, having to restart everything each time to fix bugs must be a huge deal.

I think being able to save the family preset with all skills, values, memories, outfits, etc. intact is an essential feature that we need.

Not only for the time being while the game is under active development, but also in the future whenever we may want to start a new save game or add the family into another save game we’re already playing.

Glad you agree, it makes sense; we’re already able to save Build Presets.

CAZ Family Presets would make a lot of puurrfect sense!

I would love to have this feature too.

I enjoy playing the same families for many generations, and eventually I like to start a fresh save. In The Sims I used the Gallery to save my favorite families and continue their stories in a new world.

I would really appreciate the ability to save entire families while preserving all family relationships (parents, children, siblings, spouses, grandparents, etc.).

I’ve become really attached to my families in InZOI, and I would love to continue their stories without losing their relationships.

I think this would be a fantastic feature for players who enjoy legacy and multi-generation gameplay.
