Details: I’ve always been able to activate and use Smart Zoi in my game, but since today I don’t have the option to enable it and it doesn’t appear in my game.
Can you enable and disable SmartZoi in the game’s settings at all or is the option missing completely? Does this only happen with a specific save file or also when you start a brand new one?
The option does appears, but not in the same way as before. Now there is no button to turn it on or off, just this message:
Smart Zoi (Experimental)
Can only be enabled on systems with AMD RX 6000 Series (12 GB VRAM or higher) or NVIDIA RTX 3000 Series (8gb VRAM or higher) graphic cards.
I’ve tried uninstalling and deleting the game and all its files. When I reinstalled it, without having created any Zoi, I get the same message in the options, so it’s not the save file.

That’s really weird because according to this note, your RTX 3050 should definitely be able to run SmartZoi. This looks a lot like the game has difficulties identifying GPUs correctly Haven’t seen similar reports in the forum yet, so thanks again for reporting this. I hope it gets fixed soon
I’ve always been able to use it without any problems too, but now it won’t even let me activate it. This has been happening for a couple of days.
I’ve seen that it requires 8GB of VRAM, and I only have 4. It’s possible that in the latest update they blocked the option if the requirements aren’t met, and before it was optional or less restrictive?

i havent played in about a month, and this started when i started it back up the other night.
Your additional report makes this SmartZoi note in the settings even weirder tbh. Your system should be more than capable of running the game and SmartZoi
I’m having the same issue. Never had a problem with it before. It always worked until recently. I have a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 with 16 RAM on Windows 11, and now it doesn’t work. Same thing is coming up for me in game as well. I came here looking to see if there was a fix. Glad to know I’m not the only one. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
Mine is a AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics, RAM 16GB, Nvidia RTX 3050.
SmartInzoi stopped working after the last update. I was sure it just deactived, but when I checked the options it said the same information as the screeshot above, but my laptop is in these requeriments.

It has been identified that, due to a bug, the Smart Zoi feature was previously accessible on systems that did not meet the required specifications. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Smart Zoi is no longer appearing in my game, either. I checked the Gameplay options in Settings and it’s enabled. It just isn’t showing up at all in my UI. My computer DOES meet the requirements for it to work. I see it being mentioned as a reason why it’s not showing up for some people. So Idk why it’s happening for me. It’s strange because it was working for me just fine over the past couple days. This is after patches and hot fixes, and was still working. It just suddenly stopped when I opened up the game today, despite nothing changing.
