Various Improvements and Update Suggestions

  1. General Gameplay
  • Relationship changes based on personality: Even with the same dialogue, it would be nice if relationship changes (+/-) varied based on personality, allowing for one-sided relationships and such.
  • Camera angle issue: Currently, even in shoulder view (not top-down), the ceiling and upper floors disappear, and you have to press PgUp individually to see the ceiling. I understand first-person mode is in development, but this seems a shame for moments where immersion is important. For shoulder view and first-person view, it would be nice to have ceiling and upper floor on/off toggles based on PC specs. Especially for high-rise buildings, it would be great to view them in 5-floor sections.
  • Optimization options: Rather than unilaterally patching based on low-spec users as currently done, I’d appreciate it if users could adjust options according to their PC specs.
  • Music-related options: Separate from listening to music, it would be nice to have a feature to play music in the background or listen to music while walking using headphones.
  • I’d like fewer options to move somewhere while having a conversation. Especially when there’s a chair, the character keeps trying to sit down—if this could be improved so conversations are possible while just standing, that would be great.
  • Adding ‘commanding’ feature: When first-person mode is added, immersive players will likely increase. Rather than controlling multiple characters, some users might want to control one character but command other characters to perform specific actions. Dating and sports already involve a lot of two-person actions that can use group actions for a similar feel, so just adding options to assign household chores or have employees perform specific actions (making coffee, preparing food, etc.) with priority over their previous tasks would be nice. 1. City Characteristics (Doyeon)
  • I’d like to see a ‘mountain’ option added to future Korean terrain including Doyeon. It doesn’t need to be a very high mountain; even a moderately elevated one would be sufficient. It would be nice if there were lots of trees and spaces for mineral springs or exercise equipment. For mountains, unlike flat terrain, it would be nice if exercise ability increased slightly as you walk.
  • High School: Please consider adding a ‘College Entrance Exam’ instead of prom at the end of the semester. Instead, I’d appreciate it if a school festival could be created with a condensed prom format. For 1st and 2nd year students, instead of taking the exam on exam day, it would be nice to have an option to go cheer for seniors. It would also be nice if school lockers were wooden cabinets instead of American-style metal ones.
  1. Building Options
  • Addition of arched windows, doors, and structures
  • Various block shapes with adjustable size and height (triangles, squares, cylinders, etc. Think of the blocks in Planet Coaster)
  • Addition of pool-style bathhouses (hot springs): Construction would be the same as building a pool, but with steam, and instead of swimming ability, cleanliness would increase when inside.
  • Unlock sauna furniture from Chayaya Resort for users
  • Addition of complex sites where business and residence coexist, and option to allow multiple households on a single lot
  • Addition of options for camper vans, tents, yachts, etc. that can be decorated inside
  1. Graphics Options and Photo Mode
  • It would be nice to have a graphics option focused on character and outfit details. For users who enjoy character customization or styling, when they lower graphics due to poor PC specs, the overall graphics quality decreases, so they tend to think it’s not worth it. Looking at games these users were satisfied with, I noticed they significantly reduced texture quality in backgrounds, removed the effects of light and shadow, or applied heavy blur effects to the screen and lighting overall, drastically reducing resources spent on backgrounds, while putting more effort into the texture of characters and clothing.
  • Photo mode lighting: In addition to ambient lighting, adding an option for lighting with adjustable color, position, and intensity. In backgrounds with strong light or darkness, the character’s face doesn’t stand out—to compensate, adding a reflector option that shines light specifically on the character’s face would be nice. Especially if K-POP idol content is added, more people will want to take character-focused photos, so this option would be appreciated.
  • Multi-character control option in photo mode: It would be nice to control two or more characters. This would be useful when taking group photos. Especially for poses—currently, if you use moving live poses, you can’t stop in the middle to take a photo. If you could stop during an action and adjust character positions, even if only a few more live poses are added afterward, you could take incredibly diverse photos. (Reference game: Lifemakeover)

I’m one of those players. That’s exactly what I thought about – this type of gameplay is perfect for feeling like a “director”. Like you’re standing there with a video camera. You pause, give tasks to the people around you, tell them what they need to do – and then you hide the interface and move around as you like, filming it all as photos or videos :+1:
