This is crazy… never seen such a translation bug here…
Just checked with Google Translator and it does the job much better. From my limited Russian understanding the guide seems to be at least Ok here. Of course might still be some parts translated strange, that I cannot judge in detail.
And @HeinziDerHeld not sure if you were reading it in German. I checked the German version here in forum and for this I can perfectly judge that it is German but not not normal German and the format is also messed up by the translation. So for German version you can check here:
