Steps to Reproduce: I only opened my bakery shop (it is a "custom business because I also offer drinks)
Details: 19.06.2026, those three customers cleared out my whole shop in one go. Before 0.9, customers would get 1 pastry and eat it. Now they buy out a whole stack. After re-checking, I am not receiving all the payment either. I switched to kiosk mode instead of ringing up customers (which got switched by default after the update) and it did not change anything. It takes the fun out of running a bakery/ coffee shop
Edit 04.07.26 (after 0.9.3): The problem still persists. It appears to be a general problem with the portioning of crafted items. Some customers just look around with a over their head but don’t end up buying anything(I have the setting on, where they can buy with the kiosk. I don’t need to ring them up). And if they buy something, it clears out the whole display, even though they grab only one plate. To me, it ruins the whole fun of the bakery/coffee shop gameplay (or any shop that sells crafted items).
I did not receive payment for all the things and it kind of is a problem, because all the customers are pissed off when nothing is on stock and it honestly is not fun to play like this

I think my original post was cut off. This is what is happening. The night before the update for “High School” Everything was smooth sailing! Customers would go straight to the Kiosk and then to the item they ordered. I was racking up the cash or “Mew” if you will. Now, Zois will just plant themselves in chairs and talk for four hours, occasionally look at the baked goods and then leave. Every so often when a Zoi does make a purchase it cleans me out of my entire inventory.
I noticed some bugs with my bakery after the June update aswell. I had someone come in and remove my items from the stand and clean it in the dishwasher(not sure if they paid because the ‘sale’ sign is still attached and goes in the dishwasher too) and for some reason very few customers actually bought the baked goods but the store was full of customers. Usually business is pretty smooth and i dont have issues but because of these strange issues i loaded the game a few times to see if it was a once off but it happened a everytime. Maybe the clothing business changes have impacted the other business types too.. @Seiden
I would assume it has something to do with the new business they added. It sort of broke the whole sale system for bakeries/coffee shops. I closed up my business for now and wait for a fix, because it’s just no fun like this
Same. I was just getting cozy with my bakery. My Zoi was pregnant. Everything was great the night of the update. It happens! Just need to wait for them to fix it which they assured they were working on!
Yes! I can close my cafe! I keep getting the command “Help with checkout” constantly!! My two baristas don’t have time to make coffee anymore and I don’t have time to bake cakes anymore!! Catastrophe!!!
I wouldn’t worry! On steam there is a post from them. Pretty much an “Our Bad” and that they are going to stick with making sure the base game is stable.
Guys, I’m taking a break from the game until they fix this! I’m not making any money, and I don’t want to run a clothing shop where this is probably rigged. I’m going to wait before getting back into the game! <3
The cafe/bakery business is simply unplayable now. I tried again after seeing that business has been ‘fixed’ on the June post here [v0.9.0] Bug Fix List but we know its just impossible.
My baked goods are not being sold one by one as before
Customers stand for ages ‘browsing’ but not buying
I get regular tips but for no reason
When a single item is bought, the entire display is emptied in one and i get payment flooding in unnaturally.

Inzoi devs please fix this, it was so refreshing to actually have businesses working but now its just sad
Maybe we should open a bug report for each individual business issue?
I think maybe the topic needs more likes to get more attention? Because I think the bakery/coffee business issues go together as one since it occured as soon as they added the changed business mechanics that came with the clothing shop. I also posted that issue on their discord and on reddit
Oh no! I think it had something to do with some other bug. I don’t think it fixed this particular update. You say that there were “Business Fixes” Made. Makes perfect sense! Just please give them some time to fix it
Update: The problem is still there and @Deniice recently posted the exact same issue just with a flower shop. It seems that the bug hits businesses that offer self-crafted items for sale (bakery/coffee/flowers). I don’t know if the clothing store or hairdresser have similar issues. @Seiden Maybe it helps if we merge the topics? Since the issue is pretty much the same but with a different business. This really needs to get some attention, because it destroys the whole business gameplay
i have the same thing happen in my flower business. Sometimes they buy one thing and sometimes they buy multiple. I think I get paid when they clear the whole table though, not sure, but I do agree it would be better if they bought one at a time
