before the major update in June, zoi’s in my business would literally walk up to a product and buy something, without me needing to do something.
But now something has been added that says “help with payment”… and if I don’t help them, they won’t buy anything. My inZOI business get lots of costumers, how am I supposed to help each customer individually at the same time?…
Also, i realized when a costumer buys something.. they bulk buy everything? Why is that?.. before this update they will just choose one product, buy it, call it a day and leave.. why do my customers bulk buy? do they think my flower shop is a warehouse?
Also, why do my costumers always stand in a circle like position around each other, this takes lots of space in my flower shop..
That is good to know. I posted a very similar bug regarding my coffee shop/bakery when 0.9.0 dropped. I had the EXACT same issues, just with bakery products instead. I stopped with my bakery save state until they fix this. I was actually wondering if the bug was still there, but your post confirms this. Here is the link:
The business featured is literally unplayable for me rn.. zoi’s bulk buy everything and my store literally gets wiped in with in 3 minutes.. my store was fully stocked.
I have no idea why the developers even touched the business system if it wasn’t broken.. don’t fix it if it’s not broken.. and now it has become a soup..
The big amount of bugs in this game has really held me back from playing..
Yes i know it’s “early access” and i know that “I should expect bugs” but the bugs in this game are just piling up and becoming bigger. I’ve been playing since Cahaya came out and there were less bugs back then, maybe because there were less features?.. idk probably.. but still
It really is frustrating and the bug has been going on for a while now. I have a bit hope since they now actually said they will polish and fix things that are in the game instead of adding new things. This might finally solidify the wobbly foundation of the game, so bugs won’t keep piling up…
Hi @Deniice I saw in your picture you mentioned (help with payment) I’m not sure if you noticed this in the business settings…
You may need to change yours if it’s set to (pay via an employee)
I have to assume that customers will buy items without you having to do something if it’s set to (order at the kiosk)
That helps with the check out, but sadly all the other issues still stay… I tested both . Here is my post about the bug after testing it again yesterday:

Yup i’ve tried it before reading your comment and it kinda helped but the main problem remains, npc zoi’s still bulk buy and wipe the whole entire store in 5 seconds. Also, i had to really try and fit like 4 kiosks in my small flower shop and now it’s even more cramped and zoi’s keep getting stuck.. thank you for helping though! :))
I have also been begging for it since the 0.9.0. Something really needs to be done. I cannot play my save state anymore. My whole story was build around my business…
