Why are reported bugs not reviewed anymore & not landing on the known issue list?

They really need a better reporting system where bug reports are automatically acknowledged and added to a list. I’ve been trying to get a response to this for well over a month now: https://forum.playinzoi.com/t/topic/10764. No one from the dev or mod team has responded at all.
