Regarding this bug reports forum

I’ve sounded an alarm on an issue that renders one of my save files families unplayable more than a week ago, and it has yet to be addressed in any meaningful form, on Discord, on this forum, nothing.

The only response I’ve received was from the AR team on this forum, whom were more concerned about 2 topics in 1 post rather than the actual issue.

What was the point of this bug forum if it’s even less effective at actually addressing bugs than the ticket system? At least with the previous system, you would be acknowledged by a member of the support team.

Just because the team doesn’t answer every single post does not mean they are not forwarding the issues we adress here to the developers. As far as I understand they already moved your post in the right topic so everything is in one place?

Please also keep in mind that both - this forum and inZOI - are currently in beta/early access and everyone involved is working as hard as they possibly can. Good things come with time :revolving_hearts:

I was very lucky to meet some of the developers last week and I can assure you they listen to what we players have to say and ask for and they are determined to make inZOI even more amazing.

Regarding your question, no? I’m not really sure what you’re referring to, but you can check the response left by the AR team member under my initial post on this forum as I’m not 100% on that answer. If you’re referring to the more recent bug report I reposted weeks ago, that was manually made by me and has yet to be acknowledged in any shape or form.

As for the game being in beta, I’m well aware of the status of the game. What doesn’t make sense to me is how unhelpful this forum is on just addressing issues. I’ve reported a game-altering glitch weeks, ago and I haven’t seen it in hotfixes, known issues, or acknowledged in any form. It’s more frustrating when the only responses I receive are more worried about the syntax of my forum post than the actual content within.

I’ve found more success in going directly to the support center, in closer in contact with the developers, than using this forum. Maybe this site will find more use in the future, but, as of right now, I hard to see why moderators are suggesting this site in the discord chat.

I think this forum is intended more for feedback than resolving issues individual players might have. I have made a couple of posts that have received no response too, but I posted them to provide feedback rather than expecting a solution to the problems.

Surely there is a support page or some way to submit a ticket for game issues that require immediate resolution?
