My mods disappear everytime I load the game up

Every time I load into my game I have to continuously hit the mod category and when I do my menu thing in the mods is empty even tho I always have mods in my game. Anyways I like add my mods back by going in curseforge I get a pop up to only enable 50 of my mods but I have way more than that and the choices are continue or cancel I hit continue and onlyy 50 of mods are now in my game. This happens everything I leave the game and join in again and I tried everything and no one actually is going through what Iā€™m going through.
