Clicking 'Mods' crashes game

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics
Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050

Steps to Reproduce: Clicking “Mods” on the main page crashes the game.

Details: Clicking “Mods” crashes the game. No, error messages given. Game simply stops and disappears from the screen. Occurred since April 2026 update.

Mine is also doing this. Even trying to continue a save it crashes.

I can reactivate them, but as soon as I want to go into build mode or launch one of my games, the game crashes! So I have to play without Curseforge Mods, but there’s no problem with Canvas ones

I was able to “fix” the problem by:

  1. Delete ALL the contents of the …/Documents/inZOI/Mods/ and …/Documents/inZOI/ModSave/ folders
  2. Once the game is loaded go to Mods and unsubscribe to all the mods.
  3. Subscribe to the mods again.

I wonder if it’s mods in general because I have local mods and my game crashed as soon as I entered into bliss bay
