Employees won't follow tasks given and Massage table and chair stoped working

• give tasks to some employees to cook and others for massage

I have created a massage business with gym and cafe. At first it worked fine, after my business reached 5 stars the massage table and chairs stopped working completely. On top of that all the employees even the ones that do not have the task assigned for keep cooking a dish after the other making the business lose money because they replace the dishes that was just recently made.
