I just hired a chef, and asked her to prepare some cooking dishes. I also have a baker/coffee, now both are mixing up tasks. The cook is preparing coffee and baking + cooking, while the baker/barista is also prepping cooking recipes instead of following their assigned tasks.
Seems Employees just follow whatever the menu has, but ignore their respective tasks.
This also applies to the player, when working at a business, they will not follow the tasks assigned to them. For example, I just rehired myself without the “fill baking / fill coffee” tasks, but more so promoting and my zoi is automatically filling the displays without my input.
