I have played with the business system over the last week and have a couple of suggestions to make in order to improve the experience.
1) Please allow the owner Zoi to participate in his/her shop even if they are only managing it! At the moment the Zoi is like a customer in his own shop if he is not actively working in the shop. The Zoi is also unable to hold lectures as the lecture board is simply not clickable if you are only managing the shop. Especially when a Zoi owns more than one shop you might want to jump between the shops and support here and there. If we compare to real life nobody would perhibit the owner of a shop to do active duties in his own shop even if these are normally done by the empoyees.
2) Please improve the employee behavior so that they really focus on the assigned tasks! Currently if you assign one employee to filling the market stands with food, the other to filling the stands with drinks they would still both perform both tasks. If you assign one employee to only hold the lectures he would still start cooking in between. Also assignment to lectures does not work reliably: I tested with one employee assigned to only lectures and still there are several days where he seems to be unable to hold a singe lecture during the entire business day even though the shop is full with customers.
3) Please clarify & improve the cocktail mixing & money making with it! As per now you can mix cocktails using the beverage dispensing machine and some business even have it listed as required e.g. Lounge or Club. Nevertheless at the moment you cannot place the cocktails on sale in the market stands and also not somewhere else. If you assign an employee for cocktail mixing they would mix the drinks and then not even place these on a counter but throw these right into the trash. It would be a great feature to sell cocktails in our lounges and night clubs but at the moment this is not working at all.
These are the 3 main things I encountered and think that these could be easily improved in one of the upcoming patches / updates. Happy to see other topics regarding the business system which others in the community might have seen over the last month.
