Hello, Krafton development team.
First of all, thank you for creating such a wonderful game called Inzoi.
I’m enjoying the business system, but I’ve discovered a few things that could be improved, so I’d like to share my feedback.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Employee Task Assignment
Sometimes employees don’t perform their assigned roles (cooking, cleaning, sales, etc.) accurately.
When multiple tasks are assigned to a single employee, the AI seems to get confused.
As the business level increases, inventory restocking becomes less smooth.
When the owner is away (autopilot), employees sometimes stop working.
Staff-Only Area Settings
Even when “Staff Only” permissions are set on a door, regular ZOIs sometimes enter.
I’m curious whether this is intentional design or something that can be improved.
Kiosk (POS Terminal) User Experience
Sometimes when a kiosk is installed, customers place orders but don’t smoothly receive their items.
It would be great if the connection between the kiosk and other sales fixtures (food stand) could be improved.
There are also cases where it’s difficult to access the kiosk menu when visiting across households.
Unexpected Employee Behavior
Sometimes cooking-assigned employees do something other than cooking.
Sometimes sales-assigned employees place items in incorrect locations.
Sometimes production doesn’t stop even when the display case is full.
Other Business-Related Feedback
At the flea market stall, NPCs sometimes take items but the transaction isn’t completed.
Sometimes items displayed in a display case are treated as trash.
In the flower shop, dried flowers aren’t automatically removed and take up space.
Sometimes employees place food and flowers in incorrect display cases.

Inzoi’s business system has really interesting potential.
If these issues are improved, I believe more players will be able to enjoy the business content.
Thank you for your continued efforts, and I look forward to future updates.

I'm sorry for posting in the wrong place.
To fix the locking issue. its not actually a issue. its very smart just not well explained. The doors a one way lock systems. so when you lock a door only 1 side is locked. ( the side with the arrow ) so if you place it down or check a door, check to make sure the arrow is on the side you dont want them to enter from.
the reason is really smart. once a business closes not all people leave, and if both sides locked, they couldnt leave. so this one way system lets the people leave but not enter. just a shame its poorly explained.
I’ve already noticed that…
I just think it’s bad that determining which side is locked ends up interfering with the door opening direction. It would be good if these were 2 separate things.
