I registered as a business operator, but the owner doesn’t work and only the employees do. Is it just me experiencing this?

Can you please check and maybe provide a screenshot of these settings from your business owner menu:
→ The part I circled in red should actually allow your Zoi to work as regular employee too.

I’ve just really started using the business system, so I don’t have much experience yet. I’ll definitely let you know if I figure out a workaround or anything.

My zoi works in her cafe and has two staff members. I’ve not tried having her manage from afar. She’s the one with pink hair.

Wouldn’t recommend it at the moment to be honest, you will most likely end up losing money if your zoi is not present during the day.

Mine is the other way around, all my employee does is clean the cafe, my zoi is doing most of the work.

How come there’s no way? Even after updating, my controller doesn’t work.

When I download and apply a face or joy from Canvas, nothing happens with the business action. Right now when I play a different joy in the city, the business action works well.

Well, it does allow me to work remotely. Actually, more than work, she does her own things while the employee works and for now I don’t make much money, because I’m just starting out. But I do notice that when I’m not at the location my money goes up and down 
But I don’t understand much about the business side of things.

The same thing happened to me. But in business management you can modify the tasks you want your Zoi to do.
