Zoi presets cannot be downloaded when logging in on different devices.

I tried to play on another device and found that my previously saved Zoi outfits were not downloaded with the Steam Cloud saves (including the mods installed on the previous device). What’s going on? Or are Zoi presets simply stored locally? If so, I hope the developers can upload Zoi presets as part of the save data to Steam Cloud saves, so I can edit them when playing on different devices.
