[05.15.26] Torne-se a personalidade mais divertida: Traga histórias caóticas, imprevisíveis e animadas para o jogo!

Hello, inZOI Team! @Kjun

I am loving everything you are building and the incredible potential this game already shows. As a player who loves creating deep stories and seeing characters come to life, I have some very important suggestions. In my opinion, these additions are exactly what is needed to make inZOI the most complete, fun, and engaging life simulation game on the market.

The main goal of my suggestions is exactly what the title says: to make the Zois’ personalities much more fun and to make the stories chaotic, unpredictable, and full of surprises. Right now, I feel like everything is a little too calm, easy to solve, and predictable. I would like to suggest changes that make each Zoi unique, with its own will, reacting in unexpected ways and making every playthrough a hilarious and original story. Here are all my ideas:

  1. TRAITS THAT BREAK ROUTINE
Nowadays, everyone wakes up, makes their bed, takes a shower, and automatically cleans up messes… THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE ACCORDING TO EACH ZOI’S PERSONALITY! Below are some examples of traits and the behaviors they can bring to the game:

• Messy / Slob: Never cleans up their own mess. Dishes pile up, clothes are scattered everywhere, beds are always unmade. Dislikes showering, gets dirty and smelly, and other Zois react by avoiding them.

• Lazy: Does the bare minimum. Always makes excuses to skip work, school, or household chores. Prefers to sleep all day rather than do something productive.

• Jealous: If they see their partner talking or laughing with ANYONE ELSE, they immediately get angry, start an argument, make a scene, end the relationship, or create drama on the spot. TOTAL UNPREDICTABILITY: You think everything is fine and, suddenly, a huge fight breaks out in your living room.

• Hot-Headed / Aggressive: Gets irritated for no apparent reason. Argues with neighbors, starts fights in public, yells at family members, and picks fights with anyone who passes by. Makes enemies out of nowhere.

• Rulebreaker / Rebellious: Does the exact opposite of what they are told. If told to clean, they make even more of a mess. If told to stay home, they sneak out.

• Romantic / Flirtatious: Cannot commit to just one person. Flirts with everyone, cheats easily, falls in love several times a day, and causes chaos in relationships.

Golden Rule: The trait defines the ACTION. They act according to their personality, even if you don’t tell them to. That is what makes the game feel alive.

  1. RELATIONSHIPS & RIVALRIES: MORE COMPLEXITY AND REAL CONSEQUENCES
Currently, relationships feel very simple: fight → apologize → everything is fine again. IT NEEDS TO BE HARD, PAINFUL AND LONG-LASTING! This is exactly what makes the game interesting and full of storytelling potential.

Real Enemies:
• If two Zois fight seriously, argue badly or betray each other, it shouldn’t just lower the friendship bar. They should feel TRUE ANGER, deep hurt, and genuinely not want to see that person’s face ever again.
• Reconciliation should be MUCH HARDER. You shouldn’t be able to fix a huge fight with just one friendly chat. It should take a lot of time, effort and sincere apologies to heal the damage. Sometimes, it is impossible to fix, and they will hate each other forever.

Reactions and Attitudes from Enemies:
When a Zoi considers your character their enemy, they shouldn’t just stand there passively. THEY WILL SHOW IT AND MAKE YOUR LIFE HARD!

• Reaction when seeing you: If they spot your Zoi in the street, at a party or in the neighborhood, they will immediately make an angry face, glare at you, talk bad about you out loud, insult you or even start a fight right there.

• Revenge and Pranks: They might visit your house when you aren’t looking, and dump trash around, make a mess, dirty the floor, break small items or spread dirt everywhere just to annoy you and get back at you.

• Acts of Rage: They can send hateful messages, angry letters or even give you terrible gifts (broken objects, items they know you hate) just to provoke you.

• Gossip: They talk bad about you to everyone they know, turn other Zois against you and spread lies and rumors to ruin your reputation.

This creates conflicts, neighborhood wars, family feuds, and makes the game UNPREDICTABLE: you never know when your enemy will show up just to cause drama and chaos. That is exactly what makes playing so fun!

  1. WISHES AND DESIRES: CRAZY, CHAOTIC AND PERSONAL
Currently, wishes are too simple and easy to complete. We need wishes that match their personality and actively generate chaos:

• If Jealous: “Make my partner end their friendship with someone”, “Fight with anyone who looks at me the wrong way”.
• If Rulebreaker / Rebel: “Ruin my neighbor’s party”, “Flirt with my best friend’s partner”, “Destroy something in my own house”.
• If Hot-Headed: “Fight with 3 people today”, “Yell at someone in public”.
• If Flirtatious: “Kiss 5 different people”, “Date two people at the same time”.

And the best part: THEY WILL GO AFTER THESE GOALS BY THEMSELVES! You don’t even need to command them. If their desire is to cause trouble, they will just go and do it, even if you don’t want them to.

  1. LOVE AND HATE: CONFUSING AND REAL FEELINGS
    • Love and Hate combined: Zois who are deeply in love but also hate each other passionately. They fight, scream and even slap each other, but they refuse to break up. They make up, fight again, and repeat the cycle. Pure drama!
    • Cheating and consequences: If caught cheating, trust is broken forever, hate is born, family gets involved and friends pick sides. Total war in your Zoi’s life.
    • Confusing feelings: A Zoi can love someone but also be angry at them, wanting to be close but also wanting to punch them. This creates beautiful, complicated stories.

  2. RANDOM AND SURPRISING BEHAVIORS
To make things truly chaotic and hilarious:

• Zois randomly deciding to dance in the street.
• Zois suddenly becoming sad, happy or angry for no clear reason, just based on their mood swings.
• Zois walking into your house, opening the fridge and eating all your food like it belongs to them.

These small details make all the difference. It makes the game feel like a fun, crazy mess, just like real life.

Summary:

The stronger the personalities are, the more complex and difficult relationships become, and the more fights, rivalries, revenge and chaos happen… THE MORE FUN AND ADDICTIVE THE GAME WILL BE.

You already have an amazing foundation. You just need to amplify these feelings and reactions to make them stronger and more unpredictable. I am absolutely sure that with these changes, inZOI will become the best life simulation game in the world!

Below is an example of what I explained:

Thank you so much for your attention and for listening to the community! :heart_hands:

I don’t want chaos.

I understand your point, but I think there was a slight misunderstanding regarding the word ‘chaos’ used in the title. I chose it mainly to grab attention, but if you read the suggestion carefully, you will see that what I am actually asking for are significant improvements to the personality system and Zoi behaviors, so they stop feeling robotic or acting exactly the same way.

Many of the features I suggested already existed in The Sims 2, a game that is still loved and considered special to this day precisely because of these details: complex relationships, reactions based on character traits, consequences for actions, and unpredictability. These small details are what bring characters to life and make each one feel truly unique.

This is a life simulation game, and in real life, there are conflicts, jealousy, misunderstandings, broken friendships, and mixed feelings. For many players myself included creating stories, drama, and having a narrative is the main way we enjoy the game. This is not about adding random mess or nonsense; it is about giving them actual personality. If a character is jealous, they should act jealous. If they are aggressive, they should get into conflicts. If they are messy, they should make a mess.

Currently, one of the biggest complaints from the community is exactly that Zois feel too similar, too calm, and robotic, all following the exact same routines. Preferring a calm and predictable playstyle is your opinion, and it is completely valid, but it is not the only way people want to play. What we want is depth and options: those who want calm stories will have them, and those who want drama and strong personalities will also have what they want. This only makes the game richer and better for everyone.

These requests are proving very costly. We as inzoi players don’t want chaos. You can see the result of your desire for chaos in this matter. This causes the Zoi’s to be unbalanced in the game.

What does my suggestion have to do with Karma? I did NOT mention Karma at all. I simply suggested that interactions should be well-made and aligned with the Zoi’s PERSONALITY. Please read the topic properly before making a scene or overreacting.
