Steps to Reproduce:
This CAZ broken lighting is driving me nuts I can’t see the clothing if the Studio stays dark ever since the April update every now and then the studio gets dark and can barely see the Zoi let alone the clothing to color it sometimes fixes itself but not all the time can this be looked into to see thru the dark studio

Hi @Killerpoet, it does look like they’re working on optimizing the character studio—it was too bright before and now it’s too dark. I think I’ve fixed it temporarily through “options/reset to defaults”. I haven’t been in many times, but it seems to be working well for now. Doing this requires a restart and reconfiguring our preferences in the options, but that’s just part of early access. In case it helps you.

i tried the reset even though I’ve never ever changed the settings and it’s still like standing in the shadows at night I’m just gonna uninstall the game it looks like they suddenly turned out the lights in the studio but seems to be only for me friends studio lights up .. mine used to fix itself when i zoom in an out real fast and spin around the zoi but that is no longer working to lighten up the room
Press Win+PrtScr in the game. Then go back to Windows, open the “Pictures” folder and you’ll find a “Screenshots” folder there. Your screenshot should end up there (just in case you can’t find it).
If you already have it — simply drag it from the folder into the browser window while editing your message. Right into the text you’re typing. And it will be added to your message.
I don’t know what that means I don’t have a prtscr button I have a regular steam picture that all sounds fancy I only have inser pos1 page ar suppr fin pave av inpecsyst defil pause intrp and escechapp ctrl alt altcar and windows button there is no PrtScr that i see so I have no clue what you are talking about… only pic i have is a steam pic in my steam folder
You can also try Ctrl+Print Screen and the photo will be saved to the clipboard. Then in the message, right-click and select “paste” to see if we can see how you have it that way.
I have no idea what this Print Screen button is you both are referring to what is that? I’ve never in my life taken a picture of my computer screen whatever that means
only the ingame Steam F12 pic I have that can’t show anyone anyways here for some odd reason you can’t just clip a photo

Good morning, it looks like you don’t have much practice tinkering with these things. Well, I also think you can take the photo in the game in the “cas” and drag it with your mouse as @Carnel said from the “My Documents/Inzoi/Photo” folder to the message window here.

I also want to mention that I also saw everything very dark, although it didn’t fix itself for me even by changing the studio lights, I couldn’t work and I solved it like this. Of course, every PC is a different world and other things can happen, I can’t tell you much more.
From the main menu/“Options” and then “Reset to Default Values”.
I don’t remember if I clicked reset in each one of the categories or if it makes a difference, anyway clicking on each one doesn’t hurt. I mean first select from the list on the right: graphics, performance, etc.; and then click reset.
You can also put your computer specifications, graphics card and processor, etc. in the error message so they can help you better.

Ah well, one thing, I don’t think you’re as scatterbrained as I am, it took me ages to understand the whole thing about the CAZ photos even though it was right in front of my eyes 
, but you probably already know that the studio lights are configured in the “CAS” in the “Studio” button that has a magic wand and in the window that opens if we scroll down there are several options, I don’t think that’s your case but sometimes you might get lucky and it could be the simplest solution. Anyway, have a great weekend
