Steps to Reproduce: Happens to every Zoi (life stage: child) in CAZ
I have always had this issue on adult zois with certain shirts and had to remove the underwear.
Did you post about this bug here already? If so, please share the link, so the devs can merge it 
I had that too.
You can remove them from the left side.
That’s how I solved this.
Were they supposed to be able to stack flawlessly with one another in the first place ?
I assumed not, maybe I assumed wrong. if this is a bug then yes, they should fix it.
Judging by how the underwear bottom works with all other layers, including set outfits, it’s safe to say the top was probably designed to work the same way 
I checked and the glitching doesn’t happen with any separate layers, only with every single outfit from the “set outfit” category. Even if the upper outfit’s textures are not skin-tight (like in my original screenshot), the underwear top glitches through and causes some parts of the outfit to become invisible.
The following screenshots show, that layers from other categories don’t have the same glitch:
No i didn’t post it because it’s already a topic reported from @LennyOgg about the clothing clipping through each other and it’s a problem with all of the clothing in inZOI, by the looks of it, this is something that will most likely be unresolved because apparently the devs are good at making things look good from one perspective and don’t take the time to perfect it, lol some of the loading screens show clipping through clothing
