Text messages are sometimes strange between members of the same household. Text messages related to meetings like dinner appointments often feature sentences like “Meet me at my place” which makes no sense since both of them live together.
It’d be great if the game could track when two zois that are interacting live together to give more context-fitting options.
If not, changing it for a more ambiguous text like “See you at 8pm” would suffice. This is just an example but there are a few occasions in which this happens.
For instance, a son saying they wonder how their mother is doing lately despite seeing their mother everyday for many hours. (I don’t have a screenshot and can’t remember the exact words, but it did sound as if they hadn’t seen each other since forever).

I agree with this suggestion. I’ve come across a few situations like these myself, and they always make me smile a little because it’s clear the game is trying to use a general message in a situation where a bit more context would help.
The “meet me at my place” example is a good one. I’ve also occasionally seen family members say things that sound more fitting for people who haven’t seen each other in a while, even though they live together.
It’s a very minor thing in the grand scheme of things, but I think contextual details like these can add a lot to immersion. Even a few extra checks for household members or close family relationships could make conversations feel even more natural.
I also like your suggestion of using more neutral text when needed. Something simple like “See you at 8pm” would work perfectly regardless of whether the Zois live together or not.

I agree. Now the game really doesn’t understand who lives with you, who you see every day. It’s funny to see when you live with your family (with your mom, for example) and you saw her 1 hour ago and she calls you and says that she hasn’t seen you for a long time.
