Hi @divineblissfulgal, have you tried unsubscribing? I’m telling you the route and I’m not sure if you’ll understand me with the translation. Phone/school (graduation cap)/bottom right “My information”/attendance control/unsubscribe. From here you can try to enroll your zoi again, it worked for me.

There’s another problem about this topic on the forum but it’s because they already appear as graduated.
