That really is a good question. I even completely removed my mods for that and it still didn’t work, since a post above mentioned that mods could be responsable
I don’t have any mods in my game and I’ve recently verified my game files, so it’s not anything like that.
Have you tested on a new save or just an old one? I tested on my old one.
The pictures I posted above in this thread were from a completely new save file and it also didn’t work (I tried both). It’s good to know that we can at least rule out the mods!
Yes, I don’t have that animation anymore either. Actually, after the update, there have been a lot of animation bugs. It’s most likely due to the new features added to the game. I think they’ll fix it soon.
I’m having the same issue. I had just assumed they removed it and I was like “awww, I really liked that.” I do hope they are able to fix the bug.
Mine works perfectly in game as well. No mods at the moment. I deleted the (88849) folder in my mods folder before the update.
Hello! I’m not sure if it is mod dependend since @LazyTaco above stated they also didn’t use mods and it doesn’t work for them. And when I deleted my complete mod folder and started a new game, it also didn’t work. Thank you for your input!
The animation isn’t working on my game anymore since the last patch, neither.
When I played a new file after the patch, it worked once and then stopped again. It is so weird
Same for me, since the latest update both my old save and my new one do not have the hairdrying animation, though the mods I use are unchanged.
I had modded hair before the update and my zois dried their hair autonomously, I kind of miss it!
Thanks to Lazy Taco for pointing out that we can in fact use a hairdryer manually - I did not realise that! I will have to go that route I think…
It’s not about mods, the developers most likely removed this activity (I read on the forum that players complain that it bothers them that zoi uses a hair dryer after bathing on her own 
, which is kind of strange — they ask for more realism, then something about the realism bothers them. Anyway, now if you want, you can manually use the hair dryer on zoi after bathing yourself!
Thank you, I saw that you can manually do that! The animation though appeared again for a short moment, then didn’t after a shower/bath and another post above also said they had the animation, so I don’t think it is intended
